Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the services (the “Services“) offered by Education Abroad Counselling Centre (“EACC”), and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as “Content“). Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are responsible for your use of the Services, for any Content you post to the Services, and for any consequences thereof. The Content you submit, post, or display will be able to be viewed by other users of the Services and through third party services and websites. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms.

You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with EACC and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of India or other applicable jurisdiction. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.

The Services that EACC provides are always evolving and the form and nature of the Services that EACC provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you.

The Services may include advertisements, which may be targeted to the Content or information on the Services, queries made through the Services, or other information. The types and extent of advertising by EACC on the Services are subject to change. In consideration for EACC granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that EACC and its third party providers and partners may place such advertising on the Services or in connection with the display of Content or information from the Services whether submitted by you or others.

Terms of Counselling Service

You (the “Applicant”) may decide to take EACC’s counselling service comprising of providing list of universities based on profile of student, documentation guidance, application submission, visa and financial advise (the “Counseling Service”) to apply to the schools overseas.

The Counselling Service is governed by your consent to the following terms in addition to Terms of Service mentioned above.

1. You are responsible for the authenticity of the document submitted for the Counselling Service.
2. EACC will undertake and process all the documents on your behalf after you submit all documents and information and will effectively represents you before the concerned schools abroad.
3. You are required to submit all the documents and forms in complete format before the application process starts. Any rejection due to delay in submission of relevant documents, EACC will not be responsible for admission.
4. All the service charges, application charges, test reporting and the courier charges have to be paid by you.
5. All the application status (Admission/Rejection) will be informed as and when EACC receives it, which may take up to 30 days before start of the program in some universities.
6. You can defer the application process for the two consecutive intakes.
7. EACC may consult or bring in or share the Applicant’s details with 3rd party individuals or agencies.

Refund Policy for Counselling Service

Total Refund of Online Counselling fee paid is possible only in case of no admission from foreign universities provided you apply to minimum five foreign universities from the list of universities provided based on your profile and complete the entire documentation requirement for admission before the application deadline. Under no other circumstances counselling fee will be refunded other than the one mentioned above.
